Mina has gained experience during his studies in various sporting environments including acute orthopaedics and musculoskeletal/soft tissue trauma, both acute (new) and chronic/long term conditions. Mina has been in private practice for 6 years and developed his management and treatment of sporting injuries tailoring the sessions that are specific to the individual and their sport. With the goal to return you, the client to your activity and level of choice, including the use of specific activities and drills for a safe and successful development.
With skills in pre/post Surgery management: i.e. total hip & knee replacements, shoulder & knee reconstructions/arthroscopes, spinal and general musculoskeletal issues (back/neck/headaches & muscle strains)
Mina has been involved in high level cycling and running and has a special interest in these sports.
