Physio at Box Hill Physiotherapy provides Sports Physio, General Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy focused on muscle / skeletal and post surgical management. Box Hill Physiotherapy prides itself on giving a quality personalised Physiotherapy service to a wide range of clients including those who have neck and back pain and head aches, sports injuries like muscle tears and joint pain, arthritis and other muscle & spine / back conditions, shoulder, hip including Hip Arthroscopes: Cam & Pincer and groin problems all with 30 / 20 minute appointment.
Many of our staff have further University education in areas such as Sports Physio, Dance,post surgical including Total Knee Replacements (TKR), Total Hip Replacements (THR) & Shoulder Replacements as well as Women’s & Men’s Health issues incl. pelvic floor and continence problems, issues that arise with post natal conditions and bowel surgery. We are preferred providers and have EFTpos to make payment easier. We see DVA, W/C and TAC as well.
Clinical Physio Pilates is Physio designed and taught exercise regime specific to YOUR individual needs. We DO NOT do general pilates’ sessions. Each person has their own specific program for their specific condition, incorporating the concepts from Joseph Pilates to encourage deep spinal muscles, or core muscles to function more efficiently. Propel Podiatry’s purpose is to deliver a complete foot and footwear solution to enhance your life through healthier feet. Propel Podiatry provides individual assessment & management with treadmill and video analysis which is explained to you. Custom made orthotics while used are NOT the first option in your management..maybe all you need is foot ware advice. We also do toe nail management and surgery when required.
